5 mins for your perfect fit

How to Measure Your Suit

Don’t worry, measuring yourself is really straight forward and we’ve created a set of instructions below to walk you through it.

Once you email us back your 10 measurements, our in-house tailors will check through your numbers to make sure they look right.

Then your cloth will be cut with laser precision.

All you'll need is a tape measure and you might find it useful to note down the measurements in the email we sent to you.

Measure in Centrimetres (cm)

Height

Measure standing-up straight with your back to a wall, without shoes on, to the nearest CM.

Neck

Measure at the centre of the neck, around the adam’s apple. The tape should not be too tight.

Chest

Measure at the highest point, just under the armpits and across the pecs. The tape should not be soo tight that the skin pinches, but equally not too loose that it doesn’t stay in place.

Stomach

Measure around the belly button. The tape should not be so tight that the skin pinches, but equally not too loose that it doesn’t stay in place.

Waist

Measure exactly where you would want the waistband of the trousers to sit (i.e., at the same position and with a comfortable level of tightness).

Hip

Measure at the widest point around the bum. The tape should not be so tight that the skin pinches, but equally not too loose that it doesn’t stay in place.

Thigh

Measure at the widest point of the thigh (typically half way between the waistband and the knee). The tape should not be so tight that the skin pinches, but equally not too loose that it doesn’t stay in place.

Bicep

Measure at the widest point of the bicep (unflexed). The tape should not be soo tight that the skin pinches, but equally not too loose that it doesn’t stay in place.

Shoulders

Measure from the bone at the end of the shoulder at the top of the joint and run the tape in a straight line across the back to the same position on the other side. This is a tricky one so don’t worry if you find it hard - we can calculate this using your chest size and height.

Sleeve

Using the same bone on the shoulder, run the tape in a straight line to middle knuckle, keeping your arm relaxed. We’ll then deduct 5cm to make sure the your sleeve stops in the right place.

Calf

Measure at the widest part of the calf. The tape should not be so tight that the skin pinches, but equally not too loose that it doesn’t stay in place.

Outside Leg

Measure from the top of the waistband in a straight line and down to the floor with shoes on and let us know exactly where you would like the trousers to stop (we recommend 4-6cm away from the floor depending on preference).
